Below are the rates for services.
- Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation: $175
- Psychotherapy 60 minutes: $150
- Psychotherapy 45 minutes: $120
- Psychotherapy for crisis 60 minutes: $150
- Administrative work (e.g., FMLA paperwork) 15 minutes: $30
Insurance
We are credentialed and contracted with most major insurances. Your health insurance or employee assistance program may cover all or a part of services provided. We ask that you please check with your insurance company to determine behavioral health benefits, number of sessions covered per year, and coverage amount for each session.
Payment
Credit/debit cards are preferred. We also accept Zelle and Cash App. Per your approval, we recommend automatic payments to avoid unpaid balances.
Cancellation Policy
We respect and honor your time, and we kindly ask the same of you. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. If you do not, a $50 no-show fee will be incurred.
Reduced Fee
We offer a reduced fee on a limited basis.
